About the role
- Analyze production processes to identify optimization potential
- Support the implementation of digital tools and technologies to increase production efficiency
- Perform data analyses and prepare clear, informative reports
- Independently execute smaller on-site projects and document progress and results
- Support the team with training on new digital working methods and participate in workshops
Requirements
- Enrolled student in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
- Initial practical experience in industrial companies through internships or thesis projects
- Confident use of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with low-code solutions
- Ideally, programming skills
- Fluent German language skills
- Analytical mindset
- Independent working style
- Strong team orientation
- Enthusiasm for process optimization and digitalization
