About the role
- Ensure the product portfolio delivers a return above the company’s cost of capital while meeting customer needs and overall corporate objectives
- Plan, monitor, analyze and report on commercial performance
- Forecast product demand in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams
- Manage shortages and allocations
- Regularly review and optimize the product portfolio
- Define and document pricing strategies and guidelines
- Propose and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply reliability
- Support Sales teams in preparing and negotiating major agreements
- Act as the global coordinator for transregional topics
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management with strong financial expertise
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and cross-functional leadership
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions
- Familiarity with analytical tools
- Fluent in English; French and German are a plus
- Education: degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field preferred
