About the role
- Support in the strategic development, implementation and coordination of the BASF Group's global social media activities
- Active community management of our social media channels on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and Bluesky
- Responding to user inquiries from around the world
- Editorial development and curation of our social media channels
- Creation of original editorial posts in German and English
- On-site filming and photography, and editing footage into short videos and image posts
- Preparation of presentations, internal training materials, analyses and research on various topics
Requirements
- Degree program: Business, Communications or Social Sciences
- Initial relevant professional experience in online communication and social media
- Ideally practical skills in creating editorial content and video editing
- Confident communication skills in German and English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Curiosity, enthusiasm and interest in social media topics and creative teamwork
