About the role
- Delight guests – You ensure perfect service and create a pleasant atmosphere.
- Support events – From conferences to exclusive functions, you are at the heart of the action.
- Service with heart – À la carte, banquets or guest care – you make the difference.
- Wine & enjoyment – If you wish, you advise guests on wine and assist with tastings.
- Organization & quality – You help with preparation and follow-up and maintain order.
- Handling tills – Depending on the area, accounting and checkout duties are part of the role.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or initial experience in service
- Professional knowledge in restaurant, banquet or event service is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and flexibility
- Enjoy working with guests and a team-oriented attitude
- Good German skills; English is a plus
