About the role

  • Assist in sales development and efficiency, customer intimacy and satisfaction.
  • Sustainably achieve sales targets encompassing volume & sales.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans at targeted customers.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with Marketing, Technical, and Plant teams.
  • Explore new business and applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemistry or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years’ working experience
  • Knowledge and expertise in Emulsion Polymerization, Glove Industries, chemical formulating, and Rubber Processing.
  • Well established communication skills
