About the role
- Execute sales activities aligned with the global key account strategy to achieve agreed sales volume, pricing, and selling cost objectives
- Manage and retain existing accounts and develop new accounts and products to grow overall market share
- Prepare periodical forecast reports and business plans in a timely manner
- Closely monitor account status, ensuring effective resolution of problems and timely settlement
- Develop and implement key sales strategies and market programs to retain existing accounts
- Constantly update market intelligence to remain knowledgeable on market trends and customer activities
- Provide input on pricing structure and evaluate business performance for sales contributions
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, marketing, business admin or other related field
- 3 years’ relevant working experience in Chemical or Semiconductor sector as Sales
- Ability to work independently, good stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to communicate and engage with external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of SAP & Salesforce
- Knowledge of mandarin is essential.
