About the role
- Ensure management system documentation and take responsibility for the documentation and registration of new products.
- Handle regulatory and quality assurance matters in the food, feed, and/or pharmaceutical sectors within the Quality Management & Regulatory department.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding quality documentation, provide regulatory support for pharmaceutical registrations, and process quality questionnaires and statements.
- Lead the change management process at BTC, overseeing changes to product specifications and process/production optimizations.
- Communicate relevant information internally and to customers, and create and update associated documentation.
- Support and accompany customer audits on-site, conduct internal audits, and assist with supplier qualification.
- Support, monitor, and provide internal training on topics such as GDP/GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9000 family standards.
- Responsible for approvals and process development within a GMP environment.
Requirements
- Degree in business, economics, supply chain management, or equivalent experience in a customer service role.
- Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages relevant to the customer base are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, confident PC skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and a structured approach to work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, particularly under pressure.
