- Leading product development projects considering target application & customer’s requirement
- Propose and develop new and value-added products to reflect global customer needs
- Responsible to support scale-up, optimizing productivity, improving product consistency/quality
- Maintain existing product portfolio
- Manage POM product development and technical issue support including technical inquiry in cooperation with customers 🎯 Requirements
- At least master’s degree in Polymer Engineering / Science / Chemistry / Materials Science / Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related majors
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in product development, engineering plastics formulations & compounding knowledge
- Deep knowledge regarding POM polymerization, extrusion, injection molding process and statistical data analysis
- Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH and native level of Korean. 🏖️ Benefits
