About the role
- Attend to guests – first point of contact during the night
- Check-in & Check-out – manage guest arrivals and departures
- Handle complaints – professionally respond to guest requests
- Bar service – serve guests at the hotel bar
- Prepare conference rooms – check and set up for the following morning
- Organize the night shift – ensure smooth night operations
- End-of-day closing – perform cash register reconciliation and closeouts
- Processes & quality – observe hygiene and workplace safety standards
Requirements
- Vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy
- Career changers with relevant experience welcome
- Experience in guest services
- Professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Sense of responsibility

- Good command of German and English
