About the role
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives for the Ornamentals portfolio, focusing on greenhouse and nursery markets.
- Drive portfolio growth through innovative product positioning, market analysis, and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Define and implement segment plans, track KPIs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
- Partner with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing Operations to deliver impactful programs.
- Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and lead product launches.
- Manage short- and long-term forecasting, supply planning, and profitability analysis.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree, required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Have 8+ years in marketing or product management within agriculture or related industries.
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Have proven ability to manage complex portfolios and deliver results.
