About the role

  • Execute daily and monthly activities related to Financial Reporting processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Ensure the quality of accounting information and accurate reporting to U.S. based companies
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and financial statement variance analysis
  • Manage tasks related to Asset & Lease Accounting
  • Prepare explanatory notes for quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Understand the end-to-end (E2E) process and its impact on Financial Reporting and other work areas
  • Effectively drive process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Participate in local, regional, and global projects
  • Collaborate in audits, internal controls, change implementations, and other key organizational projects.

Requirements

  • Advanced student or graduate in Certified Public Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Between 4 and 6 years of experience in accounting or related areas
  • Experience with IFRS is valued
  • Mandatory advanced English, both oral and written
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience with Macros, databases, Power BI, and SAP is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, proactive approach to process improvement through technology and systems.
