About the role
- You own the monthly HR processes and implement, improve, and maintain administrative processes in SAP HR
- You are responsible for the preparation, processing, auditing and reconciliation of payrolls, ensuring their accuracy, compliance and timeliness
- You coordinate post-payroll activities and additional reports
- You manage relationships with various stakeholders (social security, pension provider, health insurance and provident fund) to obtain necessary information for payroll processing
- You ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements related to our HR services are met
- You contribute to internal projects, focus on solutions to increase efficiency, and promote best-practice sharing among our European HR teams
- You stay current with the latest technologies and tools and independently propose ideas to our Payroll chapter
- You contribute to our quality and knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll for France and solid knowledge of HR administration
- Native or fluent French and a good command of English
- Ideally, experience with SAP HR
- Strong MS Office skills
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality toward payroll processes
- Professional, open-minded attitude and ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
