About the role
- Develop, maintain and manage the finite production schedule for our plant operations
- Serve as a key interface between Supply Chain and site Manufacturing to ensure our production plan is optimized to support customer orders
- Administer a finite production schedule for all finished goods and intermediates produced in the WEPC plant
- Ensure our production schedule is adhered to and optimized based on established business priorities
- Monitor critical customer orders and communicate necessary production changes to site Manufacturing
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management and Customer Care to ensure all communication is clear and priorities are aligned
- Manage portfolio of raw materials to coordinate supply with production needs of plant
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels in alignment with business goals
- Identify further opportunities for improvements within our supply chain processes to overcome obstacles across the organization
Requirements
- Have knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related field
- Have detailed working knowledge of SAP platform, Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of planning tools and processes
- Possess strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively while also having analytical thinking skills
- Hold leadership skills and the ability to work as a cross-functional team member
