About the role
- With our 18-month graduate program, you will gain comprehensive insight into the different areas of finance and controlling.
- From the start, you will work on independent projects where you can advance topics within finance or controlling.
- Your three six-month rotation assignments, as well as your subsequent target role, will be tailored to your profile and career goals.
- In each rotation, you will become familiar with the respective topic area, such as financing or mergers & acquisitions.
- After a short onboarding period, you will take responsibility for exciting projects or initiate them yourself.
- You will always have a professional contact person to support you.
- Throughout the program, you will receive mentoring to strengthen your professional and personal development.
- An international assignment allows you to experience a new culture and learn other ways of working.
- The graduate program prepares you optimally for a long-term career in finance and controlling.
Requirements
- Degree in business/economics (Master, PhD, MBA)
- At least a 3-month internship in Finance and/or Controlling
- At least 3 months abroad (e.g., study semester or internship)
- No more than three years of professional work experience
- Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus
- Teamwork: You enjoy collaborating and can quickly integrate into new teams
- Strong communication skills: You can explain complex topics clearly and precisely
- Analytical thinking: You can systematically analyze problems and develop solutions
- Initiative: You proactively show commitment and contribute your own ideas
