About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage SEO activities across multiple websites
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research and search intent analysis
  • Identify SEO opportunities aligned with TOFU and MOFU lead generation strategies
  • Improve rankings, organic traffic, indexing and overall site health
  • Optimize website content and structure for AI search engines, LLM visibility, and modern search discovery platforms with knowledge of programmatic CRO and AI search optimization.
  • Build and optimize AI-assisted SEO workflows and automation systems
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Semrush, GA4, GSC, SurferSEO, etc.
  • Support content strategy through audience research, competitor insights and funnel-based SEO planning
  • Manage WordPress websites, blog publishing, plugins, redirects and on-page optimization
  • Collaborate with content, design and development teams
  • Managed SEO campaigns for US-based clients/companies, understanding US search behavior, audience targeting, and content localization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-6 years of hands-on SEO experience
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content-driven growth strategies
  • Experience handling multiple websites simultaneously
  • Understanding of SEO’s role in lead generation and sales funnels
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and SEO automation workflows
  • Strong market research and analytical skills
  • Experience with WordPress management
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically while being a team player
