About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translating business and customer requirements into clear technical logic and structured migration or data-handling activities
- Supporting the design and execution of data migration and data processing tasks in a controlled, traceable, and compliant manner
- Working with data, logic, and processes to ensure tasks are performed accurately and in a controlled manner
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and propose the right approach
- Presenting technical solutions and explaining complex topics in a clear and accessible way
- Contributing to data quality, documentation, and governance best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or another quantitative field
- Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with version control, code sharing, and team-based development practices
- Advanced experience skills in Microsoft Office, including very good Excel skills and solid presentation skills in PowerPoint
- A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn requirements into clear logic and practical solutions
- Confidence in working directly with customers, including asking questions, challenging constructively, and presenting solutions
- Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and motivation to grow your experience
- High attention to detail and a quality-focused way of working
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently when needed
- Additionally, it is an advantage if you have experience with: Ubuntu/Linux, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps / GitHub, PuTTY/WinSCP, Jira / Confluence, Working in regulated environments, including GxP Life sciences domains such as clinical, quality, regulatory, laboratory, safety, and commercial, Data migration, data handling, or controlled process execution, Consulting, client-facing work, or other roles where business and technology come together
