Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translating business and customer requirements into clear technical logic and structured migration or data-handling activities
  • Supporting the design and execution of data migration and data processing tasks in a controlled, traceable, and compliant manner
  • Working with data, logic, and processes to ensure tasks are performed accurately and in a controlled manner
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and propose the right approach
  • Presenting technical solutions and explaining complex topics in a clear and accessible way
  • Contributing to data quality, documentation, and governance best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or another quantitative field
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with version control, code sharing, and team-based development practices
  • Advanced experience skills in Microsoft Office, including very good Excel skills and solid presentation skills in PowerPoint
  • A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn requirements into clear logic and practical solutions
  • Confidence in working directly with customers, including asking questions, challenging constructively, and presenting solutions
  • Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and motivation to grow your experience
  • High attention to detail and a quality-focused way of working
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently when needed
  • Additionally, it is an advantage if you have experience with: Ubuntu/Linux, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps / GitHub, PuTTY/WinSCP, Jira / Confluence, Working in regulated environments, including GxP Life sciences domains such as clinical, quality, regulatory, laboratory, safety, and commercial, Data migration, data handling, or controlled process execution, Consulting, client-facing work, or other roles where business and technology come together
