About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for existing customers (Key Accounts), including revenue, expansion and retention targets
  • Identification of cross- and upselling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
  • Management of complex sales cycles from consulting and projects to managed services
  • Preparation and conduct of customer meetings, workshops and management presentations
  • Active maintenance of a vendor/manufacturer network with focus on: Microsoft (Cloud, Security, Modern Work, Data & AI); Dell Technologies (Server, Storage, Client); Barracuda / Fortinet / Cisco (Security, Network, Cloud Security)
  • Close coordination with vendors on: account strategies, joint customer activities, campaigns, incentives and enablement programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management / IT sales
  • Excellent network in the Southern region - Styria & Carinthia (customers, decision-makers, IT management)
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Cloud & Security)
  • Experience dealing with enterprise customers and complex IT environments
  • Understanding of managed services, SLA models and long-term customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills at management and C-level
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • Team player with interface competence between sales & technical teams
