About the role

  • Planning and management of our clients' IT projects
  • Ensuring an efficient project structure as well as communication and collaboration
  • Defining goals and work packages together with the project team
  • Acting as interface to internal teams and collaborating with our clients
  • Monitoring schedule and budgetary requirements
  • Escalation and problem management
  • Continuous quality management, gathering feedback and presenting results

Requirements

  • Solid basic understanding of relevant technologies in IT infrastructure
  • Quality awareness as well as understanding of business relationships and processes
  • Completed IT education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH or university)
  • Customer-oriented, communicative personality with focus on holistic solutions
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Precise, structured and independent working style
  • Enjoyment of client contact and working with new technologies
