About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs, from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up.
- Translate product and business goals into actionable execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics.
- Identify risks early, drive mitigations, and escalate crisply when leadership decisions are needed.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Legal, CX, Finance) to align priorities and resolve blockers.
Requirements
- Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human‑in‑the‑loop practices to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
- 8+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or similar role driving large technical programs in a high-growth or high-scale consumer technology company.
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with significant ambiguity, tight timelines, and multiple stakeholders — from framing through launch.
- Experience defining program-level KPIs and using dashboards and experiments to guide decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions.
