About the role
- Manage strategic client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and continuous growth
- Actively prospect new business opportunities in the SaaS market. Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with mid-size to large clients
- Develop commercial proposals and tailored strategies to meet clients' needs
- Manage the sales pipeline, meeting quarterly targets across all funnel stages
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and drive results
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market companies and their specific challenges
- Proficiency using CRM systems to manage relationships and track sales progress effectively. Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with mid-sized clients
- Results-oriented, with the ability to operate nimbly in a fast-growing environment
- Availability to work on-site three days a week in Curitiba, PR
