About the role
- Support and administration of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, clients, networks, cloud services)
- Handling support requests and incidents at second level (ticketing system, remote support, on-site service)
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
- User and access management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Management of end devices (PCs, notebooks, printers, mobile devices)
- Participation in IT projects
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking
- Basic knowledge of Linux and IT security is an advantage
- Structured, documentation-oriented way of working and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong service and customer orientation when interacting with users
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Team player with cooperative behaviour and a sense of responsibility when handling sensitive IT systems and data
