About the role
- Oversee a team of Aftermarket Representatives focused on driving growth in spare parts, upgrades, and strategic product offerings.
- Develop the team to achieve critical business and financial objectives.
- Engage in periodic travel to customer sites to assess needs and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, product management, and service teams for customer support.
- Analyze business metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement effective countermeasures.
- Negotiate terms and pricing on sales contracts; close orders to meet sales budgets and quotas.
- Represent the company at trade shows and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or similar.
- 5 plus years Sales experience, preferably within a similar industry.
- Previous Leadership experience.
- Excellent communications skills, to be able to explain technical information clearly.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively.
- Ability to accurately interpret/read manufacturing drawings.
