About the role

  • Oversee a team of Aftermarket Representatives focused on driving growth in spare parts, upgrades, and strategic product offerings.
  • Develop the team to achieve critical business and financial objectives.
  • Engage in periodic travel to customer sites to assess needs and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, product management, and service teams for customer support.
  • Analyze business metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement effective countermeasures.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing on sales contracts; close orders to meet sales budgets and quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or similar.
  • 5 plus years Sales experience, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Previous Leadership experience.
  • Excellent communications skills, to be able to explain technical information clearly.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects.
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively.
  • Ability to accurately interpret/read manufacturing drawings.
