About the role
- Responsible for the overall performance and execution of the Wisconsin Parts Value Streams
- Develop and execute comprehensive Parts business plans
- Own and manage P&L drivers of the value stream
- Champion Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business required
- 10+ years of experience in customer service, parts, supply chain, or related field required
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing policies, inventory control, and standard cost systems
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (MAPICS preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
