About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

manage the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs
lead and support a team of analysts, administrators, or application support staff responsible for enterprise platforms
collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement scalable system solutions
oversee system configuration, upgrades, patches, and testing while maintaining strong governance, documentation, and technical standards
partner with business owners and data owners to ensure appropriate access controls, data governance, audit readiness, and compliance across enterprise systems
coordinate integrations across applications and monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues and driving resolution of incidents
manage vendor relationships and lead project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for system initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience supporting or managing enterprise systems
3+ years of experience leading teams
Hands on work with ERP, HCM, CRM, finance, or other enterprise application ecosystems
Strong understanding of system lifecycle management, integrations, security roles, and data governance
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, implementations, or system enhancements
experience with SQL Server
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship by Barr, now or in the future.
