About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- manage the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs
- lead and support a team of analysts, administrators, or application support staff responsible for enterprise platforms
- collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement scalable system solutions
- oversee system configuration, upgrades, patches, and testing while maintaining strong governance, documentation, and technical standards
- partner with business owners and data owners to ensure appropriate access controls, data governance, audit readiness, and compliance across enterprise systems
- coordinate integrations across applications and monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues and driving resolution of incidents
- manage vendor relationships and lead project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for system initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting or managing enterprise systems
- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Hands on work with ERP, HCM, CRM, finance, or other enterprise application ecosystems
- Strong understanding of system lifecycle management, integrations, security roles, and data governance
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, implementations, or system enhancements
- experience with SQL Server
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship by Barr, now or in the future.
