About the role
- Prospecting / searching for properties to sell
- Implementing and monitoring the marketing process: property valuation for sale
- Negotiation, drafting and signing of sales mandates
- Organizing photography, collecting documents required to assemble the marketing file, and writing property listings
- Contacting buyer clients, conducting viewings, and receiving purchase offers
- Collecting documents necessary to prepare the sales file and preparing the legal file internally
- Managing the sales process in close collaboration with notaries, up to the signing of the authentic deed
- Developing and maintaining your own commercial network
- Showcasing and representing the Barnes brand and its values.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum Bac+3)
