About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integrations across ERP platforms, cloud SaaS applications, external trading partners, and internal business systems.
Develop and maintain API-driven, middleware-based, and file-based integrations using technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Infor ION, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, XML, JSON, and secure data transport methods.
Troubleshoot integration issues, improve data flows, support digital transformation initiatives, and work closely with business application teams, vendors, managed service providers, and end users to ensure reliable and scalable integration solutions.
Monitor integration processes for performance, reliability, and data integrity. Troubleshoot integration failures, data inconsistencies, and communication issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain documentation including interface designs, mapping specifications, and technical procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5–7+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or enterprise integration engineering
Proven hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations across ERP systems, cloud SaaS platforms, and third-party applications.
Strong experience working with API-based integrations, middleware solutions, and data exchange mechanisms (e.g., REST, SOAP, EDI, file-based integrations)
Experience working with enterprise integration tools and platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, SSIS, Infor ION, or similar technologies.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions aligned with business needs.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments is preferred.
