• Lead the development and execution of integrated business planning processes
• Align demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production strategies to meet customer expectations
• Collaborate with executive leadership to generate consistent, profitable growth
• Oversee demand planning processes and tools
• Translate demand plans into Master Production Schedule supply requirements
• Define and implement inventory strategies that reduce working capital while ensuring product availability
• Act as the central point of enterprise integration and coordination for sales, operations, procurement, and finance
• Define and develop required KPIs to track and improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, etc.
