Paid Search Management in Google & Bing Platforms as well as through our proprietary tool: Deep Search.
Performance Management: independently own managing to budgets and campaign targets to achieve or exceed client goals across accounts; create target management and tracking solutions.
Campaign Structure: stewardship over campaign structure; audit, implement, and evangelize best practices across accounts, including targeting, ads, and scheduling.
Reporting & Analysis: independently own and build regular and ad hoc client-facing reporting in Deep Search, Google Ads, Microsoft; diagnose account issues and connect performance trends to campaign management.
Strategy & Innovation: lead strategic planning for entire account(s); coordinate on testing roadmaps; explore additional strategies and lead testing planning, execution, and reporting.
Communication & Storytelling: build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as primary paid search contact; lead client calls and ensure timely follow-ups and responses.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year in a fast-paced agency, media, or marketing environment, with hands-on experience building and managing paid search campaigns.
Google Ads & Bing Ads proficiency
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Microsoft Word/Google Docs
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Hands-on experience in media math
Hands-on experience in Lead Generation and shopping campaigns
SEM reporting and third-party analytics tools (e.g. SA360 or GA4) is a plus
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
