• Performance Management: independently own managing to budgets and campaign targets to achieve or exceed client goals across accounts; create target management and tracking solutions.
• Campaign Structure: stewardship over campaign structure; audit, implement, and evangelize best practices across accounts, including targeting, ads, and scheduling.
• Reporting & Analysis: independently own and build regular and ad hoc client-facing reporting in Deep Search, Google Ads, Microsoft; diagnose account issues and connect performance trends to campaign management.
• Strategy & Innovation: lead strategic planning for entire account(s); coordinate on testing roadmaps; explore additional strategies and lead testing planning, execution, and reporting.
• Communication & Storytelling: build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as primary paid search contact; lead client calls and ensure timely follow-ups and responses.
