About the role
- Creation and production of visual and written content
- Developing, copywriting and publishing content for our social media channels
- Independent community management
- Strategy concepts: content and platform strategy, campaign conceptualization, initiative development and distribution planning
- Reporting and actionable recommendations
- Creating editorial calendars, maintaining social media channels (primarily Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) and continuously advancing the channels
- Responsibility for the community growth strategy and increasing engagement
- Market monitoring to identify social media trends at an early stage
Requirements
- Already have initial practical experience in the social media field
- Enjoy spending a lot of time in the digital world and don’t miss trends
- Have an eye for great design
- Familiarity with common graphic design tools
- A team player who is hands-on and able to work across disciplines
- Excellent German and English skills
- Willingness to appear on camera from time to time
