About the role
- Support drafting and reviewing civil and commercial contracts (franchise, service agreements, distribution, lease, confidentiality, partnerships, among others);
- Assist in preparing notices and counter-notices;
- Assist in negotiating contractual clauses with partners and suppliers;
- Analyze legal risks and propose solutions appropriate to business operations;
- Research applicable legislation, legal doctrine and case law;
- Prepare legal opinions and technical memoranda under supervision;
- Support the team in contractual compliance activities and management of internal policies.
Requirements
- Law degree completed (within the last 2 years) + active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Familiarity with Civil, Contract and Corporate Law;
- Excellent legal writing skills;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Outlook);
- Previous experience in law firms or corporate legal departments;
- Knowledge of franchising is a plus;
- Intermediate or advanced English is a plus;
- Participation in study groups is a plus.
