About the role Lead and develop a small interdisciplinary team of performance managers and analysts Manage external agency relationships Focus on growth and optimization of new and existing customers and key KPIs (revenue, AOV, CAC, CLV, etc.) Develop and implement the performance marketing strategy (SEA, paid social, display, affiliate, programmatic, etc.) Continuously optimize the customer journey with a focus on conversion, retention and customer lifetime value Build and scale growth strategies including testing frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, marketing automation) Data-driven analysis of campaign performance, budget allocation and forecasts Close collaboration with Brand, CRM, Finance, executive management and the board on the overall growth strategy Reporting line to the CEO Requirements Several years of experience in performance marketing / growth—ideally in a scaling digital environment (e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, etc.) Proven track record of improving core KPIs in a D2C performance & growth context Deep understanding of paid media, tracking & attribution, funnel KPIs and marketing tech stacks Strong analytical, data-driven approach and a hands-on mindset Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on impact and ROI Fluency in German and English Bring your dog to work!
