About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generate and qualify sales leads in partnership with Business Development leadership.
Assist with proposal creation in coordination with Marketing.
Track submitted proposals and provide status updates to internal teams and management.
Prepare presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing materials for meetings.
Create, maintain, and update client databases, mailing lists, and sales pipelines.
Respond to incoming sales and general inquiries via email and phone.
Communicate with Business Development teams in other BARE offices regarding projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or some college coursework preferred.
Customer experience, market research, or mystery shopping experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
