About the role
- Generate and qualify sales leads in partnership with Business Development leadership.
- Assist with proposal creation in coordination with Marketing.
- Track submitted proposals and provide status updates to internal teams and management.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Create, maintain, and update client databases, mailing lists, and sales pipelines.
- Respond to incoming sales and general inquiries via email and phone.
- Communicate with Business Development teams in other BARE offices regarding projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or some college coursework preferred.
- Customer experience, market research, or mystery shopping experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
