Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute Managed Services strategy and growth plan
Own delivery performance (SLAs, KPIs, customer experience)
Lead P&L, including revenue growth and margin optimization
Act as executive sponsor for key customer relationships
Partner with Sales to drive pipeline, upsell, and expansion
Build and lead high-performing service delivery teams
Standardize and evolve services portfolio and offerings
Manage key vendor/OEM relationships (carriers, indirect channel partners)
Build and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, and performance management
Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on operational performance, risks, and opportunities
Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
Bachelor’s degree in related business field
Experience in enterprise mobility, mobile device management, or related technology domains
Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks, SLA management, and client success principles
Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes in a growing organization
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and clients
Ability to present complex information clearly and confidently
Ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders
Ability to influence decisions and lead cross-functional discussions
Ability to represent the organization professionally in customer-facing settings
Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management.
