About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement and maintain solutions that safeguard the bank's systems and sensitive information
- Provide subject matter expertise on security systems and engineering patterns
- Develop and implement protocols, algorithms, and software applications to protect sensitive data and systems
- Manage and protect secrets, ensuring secure generation, storage, and use
- Execute audits to monitor, identify, and assess vulnerabilities in infrastructure and software
- Support responses to potential security breaches
- Identify advancements supporting innovation and adoption of cryptographic technologies and techniques
- Collaborate with developers and security teams to align cryptographic solutions with business objectives, security policies, and regulatory requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions and systems
- Advise and influence decision-making and contribute to policy development
- Lead or guide collaborative assignments and complex tasks
- Consult on complex issues and advise People Leaders on escalated issues
- Identify risk mitigation opportunities and develop policies and procedures supporting control and governance
- Manage risk and strengthen controls related to the work
- Analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to solve problems
- Communicate complex information and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Linux
- Linux (RHEL) administration experience
- Proven experience using Ansible for configuration management, security controls, and operational processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint EPP
- Knowledge of CrowdStrike EPP
- Automation and observability skills
- Ability to advise and influence decision-making
- Ability to collaborate across business functions and security teams
- Risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology competencies may be assessed
