About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as point of contact and project owner for on-site new restaurant opening activities including restaurant setup, training, and opening operations.
Facilitate in-person training workshops, manager development programs, and new restaurant openings.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs using sound instructional design principles (i.e., blended learning, microlearning, etc).
Build scalable learning assets, including digital modules, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and in-person workshop experiences.
Lead end-to-end production of training content—from storyboarding and scripting to on-site filming and deployment.
Implement and refine measurement tools to assess training effectiveness and impact on performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years with prior experience as a New Restaurants Opening Manager or Learning & Development Manager is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of retail/restaurant/hospitality training trends and best practices is required.
