• Develop and implement the COMAN strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Identify and onboard new contract manufacturing partners to support growth and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturing partners.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms, including pricing, lead times, and service levels.
• Monitor and evaluate contract manufacturer performance against agreed KPIs such as quality, delivery, and cost.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of COMAN operations.
• Optimize contract manufacturing costs to align with company budget targets.
• Ensure all COMAN activities comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
• Provide regular updates and analysis on COMAN performance to executive leadership.
