About the role
- Develop and implement the COMAN strategy to align with organizational goals.
- Identify and onboard new contract manufacturing partners to support growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturing partners.
- Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms, including pricing, lead times, and service levels.
- Monitor and evaluate contract manufacturer performance against agreed KPIs such as quality, delivery, and cost.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of COMAN operations.
- Optimize contract manufacturing costs to align with company budget targets.
- Ensure all COMAN activities comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
- Provide regular updates and analysis on COMAN performance to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, contract manufacturing, or operations, preferably in the food or snacks industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent leadership and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
