About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop engaging, learner-centered educational programs grounded in adult learning principles.
- Create digital learning assets, including storyboards, wireframes, graphics, motion graphics, and video content.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into clear, interactive, and effective learning experiences.
- Conduct SME interviews to gather and synthesize content for blended and digital learning solutions.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop evaluation strategies, including knowledge checks and assessments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical or educational field.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design and online content development.
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and online learning methodologies.
- Experience applying established instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking).
- Proficiency with e-learning and multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Audacity, Camtasia, Vyond).
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and applying accessibility standards.
