About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are the primary point of contact for potential customers and guide them from the first conversation to a successful start with BarBrain.
  • Contact qualified (warm) leads and conduct demo calls
  • Present our app live during demos and address customer needs
  • Work closely with Marketing & Operations to onboard customers quickly and reduce their inventory workload swiftly
  • Collect market feedback and relay it to the product team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience in sales - preferably in SaaS or hospitality
  • Clear, personable communication - on equal terms with hospitality professionals
  • Self-organization and a drive to meet (and exceed) targets
  • Enjoy convincing people of a good solution
