About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the primary point of contact for potential customers and guide them from the first conversation to a successful start with BarBrain.
- Contact qualified (warm) leads and conduct demo calls
- Present our app live during demos and address customer needs
- Work closely with Marketing & Operations to onboard customers quickly and reduce their inventory workload swiftly
- Collect market feedback and relay it to the product team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant experience in sales - preferably in SaaS or hospitality
- Clear, personable communication - on equal terms with hospitality professionals
- Self-organization and a drive to meet (and exceed) targets
- Enjoy convincing people of a good solution
