About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the primary point of contact for prospective customers and guide them from the initial conversation to a successful start with BarBrain.
- Contact qualified (warm) leads and conduct demo calls.
- Present our app live during demos and address customers' needs.
- Work closely with Marketing & Operations to get customers live quickly and to promptly reduce their inventory workload.
- Collect feedback from the market and relay it to the product team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant sales experience — preferably in SaaS or the hospitality industry.
- Clear, personable communication — able to engage with hospitality professionals as equals.
- Self-organization and a drive to achieve (and exceed) targets 😉
- Enjoy convincing people of a good solution.
