About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are the primary point of contact for prospective customers and guide them from the initial conversation to a successful start with BarBrain.
  • Contact qualified (warm) leads and conduct demo calls.
  • Present our app live during demos and address customers' needs.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Operations to get customers live quickly and to promptly reduce their inventory workload.
  • Collect feedback from the market and relay it to the product team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant sales experience — preferably in SaaS or the hospitality industry.
  • Clear, personable communication — able to engage with hospitality professionals as equals.
  • Self-organization and a drive to achieve (and exceed) targets 😉
  • Enjoy convincing people of a good solution.
