About the role
- You guide new customers through onboarding, respond to support requests, and ensure they successfully get started with BarBrain.
- You assist with creating customer products and organize inventory areas so our users can start right away.
- You help improve internal processes and independently carry out small projects.
- You work closely with Operations and Sales to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) — field of study flexible
- Willingness to take on responsibility and contribute to a growing SaaS startup
- Structured working style and quick comprehension
- Confident with digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM systems)
- Communicative, service-oriented, and reliable
- Advantageous: first experience in Customer Success, hospitality, or startups
