About the role

  • You are part of our sales team and help lay the foundation for sustainable customer relationships.
  • Maintain our CRM system (Pipedrive) – create, structure, and update records
  • Reach out to potential customers (no cold calling — qualified leads)
  • Support preparation of meetings and sales materials
  • Follow up on dormant leads
  • Assist with onboarding new customers
  • Participate in selected customer meetings on-site or remotely
  • Support upselling potential analyses and internal sales reporting

Requirements

  • You are a registered/enrolled student — preferably in a business or communications-related degree program
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and have a good sense for communication
  • You enjoy speaking with people — by phone, email or in person
  • First practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
  • You are comfortable with digital tools and quickly adapt to new systems
  • Interest in modern technologies, SaaS or AI solutions is desirable but not required
