About the role
- You are part of our sales team and help lay the foundation for sustainable customer relationships.
- Maintain our CRM system (Pipedrive) — creating, organizing, and updating records
- Contact potential customers (no cold calling; working with qualified leads)
- Assist with the preparation of meetings and sales materials
- Follow up on dormant leads
- Assist with onboarding new customers
- Attend selected customer meetings on-site or remotely
- Support upselling potential analyses and internal sales reporting
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student — preferably in a business-related or communications-related degree program
- You work in a structured and reliable way and have a good sense for communication
- You enjoy speaking with people — by phone, email, or in person
- Some practical experience in sales or customer interaction is a plus — but not required
- You are comfortable with digital tools and can quickly learn new systems
- Interest in modern technologies, SaaS, or AI solutions is desirable — but not required
