About the role
- You are part of our sales team and help lay the foundation for sustainable customer relationships.
- Maintain our CRM system (Pipedrive) – create, organize, and update records
- Contact potential customers (no cold calling; these are qualified leads)
- Assist with preparing meetings and sales materials
- Follow up on dormant leads
- Help with onboarding new customers
- Participate in selected client meetings on-site or remotely
- Support upselling potential analyses and internal sales reporting
Requirements
- You are a enrolled student — preferably in a business, communications, or related program
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and have a strong sense for communication
- You enjoy speaking with people — by phone, email, or in person
- First practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
- You are comfortable with digital tools and can quickly learn new systems
- Interest in modern technologies, SaaS, or AI solutions is desirable but not mandatory
