About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain secure cloud-based web applications.
- Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs supporting enterprise data services.
- Develop modern front-end applications using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate applications with cloud-native services within AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Implement security controls to ensure compliance with FedRAMP and DoD Impact Level requirements.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and cybersecurity personnel to deliver integrated solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, scalability, and security issues.
- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, testing, and code reviews.
- Document application architectures, APIs, and deployment procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Five (5) years of equivalent professional experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Experience developing secure web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Experience developing and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience working in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Experience implementing serverless architectures and cloud-native application services.
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Strong understanding of secure software development practices.
