About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquire new enterprise customers
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Strategically develop existing customers
- Qualify and develop opportunities according to a structured sales operating model
- Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and documentation in the CRM
- Handover accounts to Key Account Managers after contract signing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years' experience in complex B2B sales (software or SaaS)
- Experience with long sales cycles (9–24 months)
- Confident presence at C-level
- Structured opportunity qualification – MEDDPICC or comparable frameworks
- Strong hunter mentality
- Ability to combine patience with persistence
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent German language skills
- Business-fluent English
