About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You develop and manage a B2B growth strategy with a clear focus on qualified pipeline and sustainable growth.
  • You measure success by impact across the funnel — not by activity alone.
  • You design, test, and scale effective growth initiatives across relevant channels such as paid media, content, events, and LinkedIn-driven approaches.
  • You collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales to jointly develop target audiences, messaging, and clear handover logic.
  • You create clear, differentiated messaging for complex B2B buying processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • You establish and continuously evolve growth-relevant MarTech, tracking, and reporting structures.
  • You hand off qualified leads to SDRs with clear context and relevance.
  • You actively use feedback from Sales to continuously improve initiatives, messaging, and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in B2B growth marketing and/or ABM, ideally in a software or SaaS environment
  • Proven success in building new channels or growth motions — not just optimizing existing setups
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B buying processes with longer cycles and multiple decision-makers
  • Senior-level experience with at least two of the following channels: LinkedIn Ads, Paid Search, ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), content syndication, event-based demand generation
  • Strong analytical mindset — you think in conversion paths, not in isolated activities
  • Ability to start without a perfect setup and build structures in parallel
  • Fluent German and business-fluent English.
