About the role
- You will lead an international SDR team, coach your employees, and develop them further.
- Together with People & Culture, you will recruit talent and ensure structured onboarding.
- You develop international outreach strategies, qualify leads, and secure the sales pipeline through a combination of inbound and outreach.
- You work closely with marketing, demand generation, services, and sales to achieve joint success.
- You also manage external partners such as telesales agencies and ensure that quality and performance are up to standard.

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in customer acquisition, ideally in an international B2B/software environment.
- Initial management experience in international teams.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Analytical mindset and KPI-driven approach.
- Experience with CRM, outreach, and automation tools (e.g., MS Dynamics).
- Very good English skills, other languages are a plus.
