About the role
- Research and gather information about the companies to be contacted
- Enthusiastically engage identified prospects across Germany by phone and generate appointments
- Develop new ideas for the optimal approach to contacting prospects
- Support prospects on their journey to becoming customers
Requirements
- Experience in telemarketing, ideally with complex or technical products that require explanation
- Outgoing personality and confidence in dealing with B2B clients
- Strong communication skills and sales talent, empathy, and a proven ability to close deals
- Native-level German (spoken and written) and good English skills
