About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes
Collect data, analyze workflows, configure systems, perform testing, and provide application support
Participate in application deployment and procedure documentation
Ensure software builds meet organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use
Act as project coordinator for medium-sized projects with medium budgets
Provide advanced knowledge of application software product features, functionality, and utilization
Monitor system effectiveness and performance, report critical findings, and resolve moderately complex problems
Participate in or lead disaster recovery initiatives
Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, and new releases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree
Technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis
Technical knowledge of project management
Ability to provide advanced knowledge of application software features, functionality, and utilization
Ability to perform data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support
Knowledge of HIPAA and Meaningful Use requirements
Ability to coordinate medium-sized projects with medium budgets
