About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Graduate of a formal Medical Assistant training program or a minimum of one (1) year of direct, hands-on patient care experience in a clinical setting
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures and patient care practices
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
